This is a beautiful luxurious caravan with full central heating and double glazing. It has beautiful panoramic sea views. There is a designated parking space next to the caravan, piped gas so no fear of having to wait to get the gas bottles changed when they run out. A large Veranda with patio furniture. It is not only picturesque and quiet but also close to all amenities.

Kitchen - The kitchen has a large built in fridge freezer, large range cooker with extractor fan and a washing machine. The kitchen includes all cooking utensils, crockery etc. that you should need including some plastic plates and bowls for the little ones.
Dining area- there is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs, place mats and cup/glass mats.
Lounge area- there is a free standing bed settee and two arm chairs, a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. Also some board games for the children. This room can be sectioned off from the kitchen/dining area by the two French style frosted glass doors for extra privacy.
Bedrooms - There are 2 bedrooms, one master with ensuite toilet, basin and shower. There is one twin room, to be used as two single beds or the beds can be put together to make up a small double bed.
Bathroom - with a hand basin, toilet and a full sized bath with overhead shower.
The wrap around Veranda has a table and chairs for your relaxation.
Dogs may be allowed at the owner’s discretion (additional cost will be incurred if a dog is permitted).
Smoking is NOT allowed.
Bed linen is not provided, but you will find pillows and quilts for each bed, please bring your own or purchase a linen pack from reception. Please also bring along your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid and dish cloths and toilet paper.
The caravan is situated in Tamarisk Way which is approx 5 - 10 mins walk from the main complex and 15 mins from the beach. This is a lovely peaceful area of the park yet still close to all the amenities with stunning panaramic views.
The keys to the caravan are kept in a key safe and the code will be given to you prior to your holiday, Check in time is 2.30pm and check out time is 10am.

This auction is a £100 non- refundable deposit which secures your booking, this will be held against any Damage. It is fully refundable 7 days after your holiday, subject to the caravan being returned in the same clean tidy condition and no damages etc. If the caravan is seen to have been over occupied, the deposit will also be not refunded. 25% part payment of the holiday is required within 7 days and the balance within 8 weeks of the holiday. If the booking is within the 8 week period, then the full balance is due in full.
